As previous students of Manchester university we fully understand the needs of student living and offer excellent accommodation with walking distance to the university and local shops.
We have ensured the property is fully compliant with all student housing regulations e.g. fire doors, smoke detectors and lockable bedroom doors for your own privacy and peace of mind. Security of the house is of utmost importance to us and to yourself, therefore the house is fitted with an alarm and secure double glazed UPVC windows and doors.
The house is fully equipped with all the mod cons you will need as a student e.g. microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, cutlery, crockery, cleaning equipment, furniture, wi-fi access, etc etc so all you need to bring are your duvets and personal belongings!
We are letting the house privately which means you never need to go through a letting agent and be passed round the houses with any queries or questions you may have. You can get directly through to us and we will ensure your needs are catered for as soon as possible.
